Hello, I’m Shi (Kshitiz) Nayyar and I’m an IT Consultant with several years of experience in the Technology industry. I have a passion for creating innovative products that solve real problems and deliver value to users especially in Field of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Smart Automation (SMA).
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with cross-functional teams in different domains like Banking, Insurance and Pension to develop and launch successful products, from ideation to delivery. I’m experienced in agile and waterfall methodologies, product development frameworks, and project management tools.
My approach is based on collaboration, empathy, and continuous improvement. I believe in putting the Customer first, and I’m constantly seeking feedback and insights to inform product decisions. I enjoy working with diverse teams and bringing together different perspectives to create viable solutions.
